Our services care for children aged from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a new service, located in the Cranbourne East community and our mission is to cater to the needs of the vibrant community we call home!

About the Centre

Our stunning new Centre is set to open near the end of 2026, and we are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to join our team.

Featuring exceptional design elements and interactive spaces where children can learn, relax, recharge, and explore, you will thoroughly enjoy being a part of this remarkable setting.

The Role

We are seeking a Centre Manager who is highly motivated, inspiring, passionate about early education, and aligned with our vision for learning.

We are searching for an individual who values creativity and uniqueness, thinking innovatively. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to interacting with children and families in diverse ways to support their unique learning methods. Additionally, a strong emphasis is placed on ongoing personal development and research. Relevant experience in a similar position is essential. Required Qualifications & Desired Skills:

A Growth Mindset

Passion for continuous learning

Proficiency in fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

A minimum of a Diploma 

Full First Aid and CPR

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and QKLG

Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card

Understanding of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
