SnowBear Hair Salon is a well-established brand with 7 salons across Sydney. We're growing our team and looking for a talented Senior Hairdresser to join us — with a strong, steady client base waiting for you.

Full-time or part-time — we're happy to find the right hours for the right person.

⭐ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience preferred (post-apprenticeship)

• Strong foiling skills and creative colour placement

• Confident colourist with great colour sense

• Comfortable with both women's and men's services

• Professional, reliable and keen to grow

• Happy to follow salon systems and standards

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Full-time salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)

• Part-time also welcome — paid pro-rata at the same level

• Plus strong earning potential through our Team Incentive Program
