As an Administration Officer, you'll help create a positive experience for every person who walks through the door. Whether you're supporting patients, assisting colleagues or keeping important information flowing smoothly, your work helps connect people with the care they need. • Creating welcoming and professional experiences that help patients, families and visitors feel supported.
• Keeping information accurate and accessible so healthcare teams can deliver efficient, coordinated care.
• Building trusted relationships across the service through clear communication, empathy and teamwork.
• Bringing initiative and organisation to daily operations, helping services run smoothly and effectively.

• Experience in administration, customer service or a busy client-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately and confidentially.
• Confidence using digital systems and everyday business applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, respectful approach to teamwork.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, community or rural settings and/or a passion for continuous learning and service improvement.
