About the role
Koorana has an exciting opportunity for early career and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our transdisciplinary team.
Working alongside other Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Specialist Teachers, you will support children and young people with developmental delay and disability to participate, connect and thrive through evidence-informed, strengths-based and neuroaffirming practice.
Guided by the National Best Practice Framework for Early Childhood Intervention, our approach incorporates transdisciplinary practice and the Key Worker model. With support from our Occupational Therapy Practice Lead, Occupational Therapy Team Leaders and seniors and a strong professional development program, you'll continue to grow your occupational therapy expertise while building a rewarding career making a meaningful difference for children and families.
Whether you're seeking a part-time or full-time role (2-5 days per week), Koorana offers an environment where your professional growth is supported and your work has genuine impact. Final-year students, new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are all encouraged to apply!

The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll provide assessment, intervention and capacity-building supports to children and young people aged 0-18 years and their families across our clinic, homes, education settings, community environments and via telehealth.
