Clinical Nurse Lead

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join a welcoming, smaller residential aged care home located near Orange, NSW.
This role would suit an experienced Clinical Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, senior Registered Nurse or existing Clinical Manager looking for a position where they can have a genuine impact.
We are also very interested in speaking with experienced Registered Nurses who have regularly stepped up, acted in senior clinical positions or taken on leadership responsibilities and are now ready to progress their career.
Working within a smaller home, you'll have the opportunity to be visible and hands-on, develop strong relationships with residents and staff, and play an important role in maintaining excellent clinical standards.

About you:
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in residential aged care and an interest in progressing within clinical leadership.
Previous management experience is certainly welcomed, but you don't necessarily need to already hold a Clinical Manager title. We're equally interested in speaking with strong Clinical Nurses, Clinical Coordinators and senior RNs who have demonstrated leadership capability and are ready for their next step.
You'll bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to support, mentor and develop your team while maintaining a strong focus on quality resident care.
