Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Location: Greater Western Sydney

Salary: Commensurate with experience + shift loading 

Work Set-up: Full-time, On-site |Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join a high-performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical products, maintain exceptional quality standards, and contribute to the production of globally distributed automotive technology products.

• Assemble electronic and mechanical products by following detailed work instructions.
• Complete production work orders within required cycle times and output targets.
• Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components to quality standards.
• Record daily production data accurately using manufacturing systems.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Escalate production or quality issues promptly to supervisors.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products is highly regarded.
• Confident in hand soldering through-hole electronic components.
• Experience handling printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
• Competent in using hand tools for mechanical assembly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
• An interest in automotive technology or motorsports will be highly regarded.
