Cafe Food and Beverage Servers

About the role

Lo Quay River Cafe has undergone an extensive renovation and is now almost ready to reopen. We are recruiting for food & beverage positions, chef positions and supervisor positions.

Key responsibilities

• Food and Beverage team: Provide exceptional customer service with genuine care and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for each and every customer

• Chef Positions: Report to the Head Chef and create made to order meals, exceptional breakfasts, homemade pies, sausage rolls, fresh muffins and kiosk goodies using fresh produce

• Chef Positions: Work in an open kitchen maintaining high standards in personal presentation, workspace cleanliness and food hygiene

• Cafe Supervisor: Hold responsibility for the success of each shift

• Cafe Supervisor: Allocate reservations and staff sections

• Cafe Supervisor: Identify priorities and manage high level customer interactions

• Cafe Supervisor: Ensure the company philosophy of "service comes first" is demonstrated both personally and by the team

About you

• Relevant experience in your chosen field

• Approach to customer service that enhances the customer experience

• Available to work between the hours of 6am - 5.30pm Monday to Sunday

• Available to work on weekends
