Import Operations - International Freight Forwarding

A stable and rapidly growing International Freight Forwarder is seeking a seasoned Import Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in Tullamarine, VIC.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Handle FCL / LCL import shipments from local arrival through to delivery and billing.
• Ensure shipments are customs cleared and ready for delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders and transport companies
• Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
• Assist customers with any enquiries
• Utilise CW1 and PAVE 

 
ABOUT YOU: 

• 2+ years Import sea local Freight Forwarder experience 
• 1+ years experience with Cargowise1
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Adaptable
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
