About the role
Calvary is seeking experienced and passionate Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC) to join our Travelling Workforce Program, supporting Residential Aged Care services across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys variety, thrives in new environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring clinical teams.
Placements are fixed-term full-time contracts typically located throughout regional NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and ACT with assignment lengths varying between 4 weeks to 12 months based on operational requirements.
As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, support quality improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with Home Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of aged care homes while developing your clinical skills, meeting new teams, and experiencing different communities throughout the state.
The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate care in a patient-focused environment.
