About The Role

As the subject matter expert for customer-facing IT solutions, integration platforms, and digital applications, you will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to design, implement, and support technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

You will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective technology outcomes while supporting DHL's digital strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse, document, and validate customer business, functional, and technical requirements. Design, implement, and support customer-facing technology solutions, digital applications, and integration platforms. Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve system, process, and integration issues. Provide expert technical advice and process improvement recommendations to stakeholders and customers. Provide support for global and local applications and processesManage and contribute to technology and business projects, ensuring risks are identified and outcomes are delivered on time.Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project documentation that support informed decision-making. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and technology adoption that enhance customer value and business performance.
