This role will suit someone with junior to mid level project management/administration experience who is looking to grow their career within an engineering environment.

About your new roleDue to continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and motivated project coordinator or junior project manager to join our expanding Transmission Team. This role will provide general administrative and project support and will be based in our Perth Office located in the CBD. Your role will cover the following:
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project and administrative support to the project team and department leaders.Support planning and scheduling project tasks, milestones and deadlines as well as the costCreate and maintain project documentation including contracts, variations orders, internal and external correspondence & technical documentation.Ensure all project related documentation is organised, easily accessible and up to date.Monitor project progress and report key metrics to the project team and department leaders.Take an active role in the continuous improvement and innovation of project administration systems and processes.Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required for successful delivery of the project.
RequirementsTertiary qualification in business administration, management or relevant discipline1-2 years prior experience in power or energy sectors (beneficial)Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.Professionalism in handling confidential documentation and estimates.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in a project support role is preferred.
