About the Role

Based in Hobart, you'll spend most of your day travelling between customer sites in a Flick service vehicle, servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene systems and products.

You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive reliable, professional, and high-quality service while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products

• Complete urinal and washroom hygiene treatments

• Follow a planned service schedule and customer routes

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every site

• Identify customer needs and provide solutions where appropriate

• Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and stock are maintained and organised

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and moderate lifting

• Comfortable driving throughout Hobart and surrounding areas

• Professional in appearance and communication

• Safety-conscious and committed to quality service

Essential Requirements

• Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment

• Ability to securely store company vehicle and stock when required

• Current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (or ability to obtain)

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to comply with customer site health and vaccination requirements where applicable

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning, hygiene services, customer service, delivery driving, facilities maintenance, or a similar field is highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
