The Role:

We're looking for genuinely warm, patient communicators to join our Customer Operations team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. As a Customer Service Support representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Support at Home (SAH) customers, many of whom are mature Australians. You'll build meaningful connections, provide exceptional service and help customers confidently navigate their options. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, we're seeking people who can naturally identify customer needs, provide helpful guidance and confidently recommend our products and services when they're the right fit. You'll also contribute to outbound customer engagement activities, helping us connect with new customers and share the benefits of our offering in a genuine and consultative way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound referrals for new SAH customers
• Responding to inbound calls and providing clear, empathetic support
• Explaining how Lite n' Easy's SAH program works
• Confidently encouraging customers to place an order when appropriate, without being pushy
• Offering encouragement and guidance to customers needing extra support
• Collaborating with the SAH Specialist team to ensure smooth service delivery

About You:

• 2 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume environment (phone-based or face-to-face) - specialty retail or hospitality experience highly regarded
• A natural, patient communicator who enjoys building relationships, particularly with mature customers
• Comfortable with light, customer-first selling, think specialty retail rather than pure sales
• Basic computer and administrative skills, with comfort navigating internal systems and accurately recording customer information
• High attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
