Impulse Flowers is a Melbourne wholesale flower business supplying fresh flowers direct from growers to florists and the floral industry, operating in Carnegie since 1987.

We're looking for an experienced flower professional to join our team in a full-time, long-term role.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team, helping coordinate the day's workflow, leading by example, and ensuring our high standards are maintained.

This position is for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to play an important part in the day-to-day operation of the business. Covering stock management, customer service, invoicing, deliveries, and supporting the team. You'll be playing an important role in maintaining the quality and service we're known for.

The ideal applicant will have strong experience in flowers or a related trade, excellent product knowledge, a good eye for quality and presentation, good communication skills and the confidence to make sound day-to-day decisions. A current driver's licence is essential for van deliveries, along with the flexibility to work overnight when required, including trips to the Epping Flower Market.

Salary: Negotiated on experience.
