Saddle Up Gunslingers, Moon Dog Wild West needs you! 

Moon Dog has been bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to beautiful Footscray since April 24'. Our mind blowing three story, 800 pax venue offers the best in food, beverages and entertainment, with our signature cheeky twist.

We’re seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis, smashing out delicious Tex-Mex & Aussie Pub inspired dishes. You will bring your experience in fast-paced, large kitchens to make Moon Dog Footscray one of the best places to eat in the West! The ideal candidates will have proven experience in similar roles (large, pumping, pub-like venues) and take great pride in what they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Recent experience in a similar role

• Strong food knowledge 

• Positive, friendly attitude 

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards 

• The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays 

 We can offer you:

• Saturday shifts each week, with the ability to pick up more at our other venues and in summer if wanted.

 This role is paid at Level 3 or 4 HIGA award, depending on qualifications.
