Black Cat Civil has a fantastic opportunity supporting the genesis business of Black Cat Civil. Our Plant Hire division is looking for a dedicated Plant Hire Administrator, to support our Plant Hire Manager across all administration activities in the division. The role is perfect for someone with extensive Construction administration experience, and a high level of commercial acumen.

Skills & Experience

This opportunity is ideal for professionals interested in doing more than high-volume data entry administration. The role will need to work autonomously at times, as well as support the Darwin office with general ad-hoc administration tasks from time-to-time.

• Minimum 3 years administration experience. Any experience in the civil construction, mining or transport industries will be highly regarded.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn and do any task necessary.
• Attention to detail is a necessity.
• Based in Darwin.

Responsibilities:

• Collate daily and weekly plant hire dockets, and review employee timesheets.
• Support with commercial tracking and administration.
• Support the end of month claims process.
• Employee and plant onboarding for plant hire projects.
• Input and oversight of rate submissions for clients.
• General office administration and support of the Darwin team.
