MC Driver / All Rounder

Bibra Lake Workshop | Perth Metro | $95,000 – $110,000 + Super | Full-Time

CrewSELECT is seeking a motivated and reliable MC Driver / Yardperson / All-Rounder to join a well-established Perth business based in Bibra Lake.

This is a varied, hands-on position that combines metro deliveries, yard operations, basic mechanical work and general labouring. If you're someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes pride in your work and isn't afraid to lend a hand wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating an MC-class prime mover for deliveries throughout the Perth metro area
• Transporting equipment, machinery and materials safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and securing freight
• General yard organisation, housekeeping and maintenance
• Assisting with loading and unloading using forklifts or other equipment (where licensed)
• Completing vehicle pre-starts and reporting maintenance requirements
• Carrying out basic mechanical maintenance and minor repairs where required
• Supporting workshop and operational teams with general labouring duties
• Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment to a high standard
• Working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture

We're looking for someone with a great attitude who is happy to pitch in wherever required.

You'll ideally have:

• Current MC Driver's Licence
• Experience operating heavy vehicles within transport, construction or industrial environments
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance
• Experience working in a yard, workshop or industrial environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

• Forklift Licence
• White Card
• First Aid Certificate
