CNC Machine Operators Wanted for Our Esteemed Client

Our esteemed client is currently seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operators to join their dynamic team. The successful candidates will have a solid background in operating CNC machinery, combined with a meticulous attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precision and quality of machined parts while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications and drawings.
• Perform setup and calibration of CNC machines, including tool changes and fixture adjustments.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine efficiency.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and precision.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of machine operations, maintenance, and part production.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols during machine operation and maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in CNC machining technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in CNC machine operation.
• Relevant training certificates in CNC machining or similar fields.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective communication with team members and clients.
