The Model
Our Model allows suitably qualified Managers to join as Practice Managers and earn 30% of the business unit's bottom line. Sirv has developed an entirely new service delivery model, partnering with highly skilled managers who want to run their own operations and be directly rewarded for their efforts. This opportunity is available across all locations in Australia - regional or city - so you can leverage the networks you've spent years building.
 
Your Role
Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing PBS business.

To be successful as a Positive Behaviour Support Manager, you will require the following experience:

• Minimum 3 years - working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
• Business Development experience - Ability to confidently meet with industry stakeholders and government departments to demonstrate your capability and be trusted to support a young person in need.
• Recruitment - Recruit and build a practitioner team that meets the needs and requirements of your participant. 
• Serve - "Sirv" your Participant and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
• Laugh - love, laugh, and support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be the very best they can be.

Rewards & Remuneration
The rewards at Sirv are unparalleled. As your business grows, your profit share grows with it.

• $90,000 base + super + $8,000 car allowance
• 30% profit share on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually
• Year 1 OTE: $120,000–$200,000. Year 2+: $200,000–$300,000+

• Full work from home

Prerequisite
We want to be the best, not the biggest - which means we need the best operators. To be considered you must have:

• Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
• Significant experience supervising and mentoring other PBS practitioners
• Experience reviewing and approving behaviour support plans written by others
• Built robust networks, and managed operations within a youth services business. 
• Built and managed teams and demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Passionate about children and youth outcomes.
