As part of the Vinnies Logistics administration team based in Altona North, the Corporate Donation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations for the Vinnies Transport team. This administration role encompasses the booking of material donations (household goods and furniture) from corporate customers, being the point of contact for new and regular corporate donors via email and phone and maintaining data is correct in our system.

• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate donors, managing enquiries via phone, email and other channels
• Accurately record and maintain donor information to support reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with the team to arrange timely collection of donated goods
• General Office Administration tasks and a can-do attitude
