YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
• Making beds, dusting and vacuuming
• Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
• Cleaning public areas
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Following cleaning and sanitising procedures
• Assisting with laundry duties when required
• Responding to guest requests professionally and courteously
• Working as part of a positive and supportive team

Experience is preferred — but not essential!
