Financial Planning Graduate/Associate

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 pa dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the senior advisers with research, modelling, and calculations to create financial strategies.

• Attending client meetings to provide support and follow-up work.

• Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of advice documents.

• Support the implementation of financial strategies.

• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, investment platforms, insurers, and other key partners.

• Proactively addressing client needs and ensuring we maintain high service standards.

• Contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and efficiency.

To be successful for this role, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:

• Completion or progress toward a relevant university degree.

• Experience using Microsoft365 suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.

• Strong knowledge base in financial planning concepts and regulations, including an understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams and investments.

• High levels of accuracy, initiative, and a proactive and enthusiastic work ethic.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with our team of advisers.

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
