About YouWe’re looking for teachers who bring a thoughtful, practical, and people-focused approach to their work. Specifically, educators who:
Are registered (or eligible to register) with the Victorian Institute of TeachingHave solid knowledge of their subject area(s) and how students learn over timeAre responsive to the students in front of them, willing to adapt, try new things, and reflect on what worksValue respectful, open relationships with students, families, and colleaguesAre team-oriented but comfortable working independently where needed
