Client Services Officer - Migration

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join the Moore Migration division in our Adelaide office. The Moore Migration division supports clients across a range of migration matters, working closely as a team to ensure client files, documentation and correspondence are managed accurately and efficiently throughout the process.

About the role
As our Client Services Officer, you will work closely with our Migration Agents to provide high-quality administrative and client service support, helping ensure client matters are managed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Working across a varied portfolio, you will support client engagement, documentation and file management while taking ownership of your workload and contributing to the smooth progression of migration matters.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting client engagement and assisting with the progression of migration matters
• Attending client meetings and preparing clear and accurate file notes
• Drafting client correspondence, emails and documentation for review
• Coordinating the preparation and collation of documents required for migration matters
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to follow up information and support the timely progression of matters
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, records and documentation

About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a client services, administration, legal support or similar role. Experience within migration, conveyancing or another legal services environment will be highly regarded.

You will be organised, reliable and committed to providing a high level of service to clients. Strong communication and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working both independently and as part of a team will be important for success in the role.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and experience with LEAP, Migration Manager or another legal or professional services practice management system will also be highly regarded.
