MTL Marcoola is seeking a motivated and reliable despatch worker to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Marcoola, Queensland. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the processing & despatch of our high-quality plastic products.
Key responsibilities
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Providing support to the production team as needed
Pick / Pack /Despatch / forklift operation
Use of scanners and computer
About you
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle changing priorities
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
Commitment to working safely and upholding quality standards
