This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about Crompton Concepts’ traffic planning services. The role includes managing customer requests and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintaining clear records of customer interactions. The Customer Service Officer will support project communication, follow up on approvals and documentation, and help ensure customers feel informed and confident throughout the planning process. This role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and supporting the company’s commitment to honest, reliable service.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.Proven experience in customer service and customer support, ideally in a technical or project-based environment.Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support a positive customer experience.Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.Confident verbal and written communication skills in en_US.Ability to work on-site full time in Sunshine Coast, QLD, and collaborate effectively within a small team.Basic understanding of traffic management or infrastructure projects is advantageous, with willingness to learn industry concepts.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and capacity to adapt to new tools.Previous experience in customer-facing roles and a commitment to integrity, reliability, and problem-solving.
