Casual Sommelier – The Hideaway Bondi 🍷
We're on the hunt for a passionate, experienced sommelier to join our team at The Hideaway Bondi!
📍 Casual role | Thursday–Saturday, approx. 20 hours/week
What we're looking for:
🔹 Minimum WSET Level 3 qualification
🔹 Previous experience in upmarket or hatted restaurants
🔹 Sound knowledge of wine and grape varieties
🔹 Engaging personality and polished presentation
🔹 Ability to upsell and drive wine sales
