This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Adviser or experienced Client Services professional seeking greater responsibility, adviser exposure and a genuine pathway towards becoming a Financial Adviser. 

The Role: 

• Support Advisers in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service 

• Assist with strategy development across wealth creation, superannuation, insurance, investments and estate planning 

• Prepare and coordinate advice documentation and supporting materials 

• Conduct research and analysis to support client recommendations and financial strategies 

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within Xplan 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and licensee standards 

• Liaise with clients, advisers and support staff throughout the advice process 

• Assist with implementation and ongoing management of client strategies 

• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Monitor and report on client outcomes, progress and action items 

About You: 

• 2+ years’ experience within the financial advice industry 

• Previous experience as an Adviser, Client Services Officer or Paraplanner highly regarded 

• Progress towards relevant financial planning qualifications or willingness to complete 

• Working knowledge of Xplan 

• Strong organisational and administrative skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 

• Client-focused with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their financial goals 

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment 

• High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness 

• Proactive, motivated and eager to build a long-term career in financial advice
