Christian Dior Australia & New Zealand is offering an unpaid internship for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our Logistics team. This is a fantastic learning opportunity designed to support your studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field at an Australian or New Zealand university. As a Logistics Intern, you'll gain valuable practical experience and insights into the logistics operations of a leading luxury Maison. This role will focus on the movement of goods and materials, complementing your academic knowledge with real-world application.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Store Replenishment Support:Assist with coordinating the timely and efficient replenishment of stock to retail locations across Australia and New Zealand.Monitor stock levels at retail locations and identify potential replenishment needs.Prepare and process internal transfer requests.Transportation & Distribution Support:Assist with coordinating internal shipments between offices, stores, and other locations.Prepare shipping documentation for internal transfers.Track internal shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.Inventory Management Support (Internal):Assist with monitoring inventory levels within the organisation and identifying potential discrepancies.Help reconcile inventory records related to internal transfers.General Logistics Support:Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.Gain exposure to various aspects of a fully functioning local logistics team.
Profile

Qualifications And Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field at an Australian university.Strong academic record.Basic understanding of logistics principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
