About The Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Water Cart Operator to join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of water cart for dust suppression and site maintenance
• Complete pre-start inspections and report any mechanical faults or safety concerns
• Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes

We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

• Prior experience operating water carts in a civil or mining environment
• RII Statement of Attainment for Watercart (essential) including current Standard 11
• Current & valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
