As Product Manager, you'll support the ongoing development and management of our consumer auto, novated and broader asset finance portfolios.

Working closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, Technology, Marketing and Compliance, you'll help deliver product improvements, enhance customer and broker experiences, identify market opportunities and support the rollout of strategic initiatives across the business.

• Manage and support product initiatives across consumer auto, novated and asset finance portfolios
• Drive improvements across the end-to-end customer and broker journey
• Support the development, launch and ongoing optimisation of new product solutions and channels
• Identify customer pain points and recommend enhancements to processes, technology and product design
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and market opportunities
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and product change initiatives
• Support compliance and product governance requirements, including DDO obligations and regulatory monitoring
• Prepare product reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives

We're open to candidates coming from product, credit, operations or commercial roles, provided you have strong experience within vehicle finance and a genuine interest in product management.

You'll bring:

• 3-5 years' experience within consumer lending, asset finance or vehicle finance
• Experience working within a bank, non-bank lender, finance company or credit union
• Strong knowledge of consumer car loans and the lending lifecycle
• Experience delivering projects, product enhancements or process improvements
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work across several initiatives simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to quickly learn new products and systems

• Product management experience within automotive or consumer finance
• Exposure to novated leasing products
• Understanding of NCCP, DDO and broader consumer lending regulations
• Experience managing customer journey or broker channel initiatives
