Your Care is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Echuca and surrounding areas. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to empowering people to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.
As a Support Worker with Your Care, you will play an important role in supporting participants to exercise choice and control over their lives while promoting independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. We value team members who build respectful, professional relationships and are committed to delivering safe, ethical, and person-centred supports.
We recognise that meaningful connections are an important part of quality support. Wherever possible, we aim to match support workers and participants based on shared interests, personalities, and goals to help foster positive and engaging support relationships. Pay: $36.00 – $57.04 per hour
