About the Role
As Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
You will:

• Lead the daily operation of your room
• Inspire and mentor educators within your team
• Design and implement meaningful learning experiences
• Build strong partnerships with families and community members
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:

• Holds an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
• Has experience leading a team or is ready to step into leadership
• Is passionate about child-led learning and quality practice
• Values cultural diversity and community partnerships
• Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and a positive outlook
