Junior Admin Assistant

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Junior Admin Assistant to join our client in Mackay, who is a leading supplier and of sheet metal and steel bar products.

The ideal candidate will be somebody who's confident engaging with customers both on the phone and via email, and has a high attention to detail.

Role Description

• Responding to customer queries via email
• Directing customer queries to departments based on customer requirements (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
• Greeting customers face-to-face where required
• General data entry and invoicing tasks
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments

About You

• Previous experience in customer service
• Confident phone manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Reliable Transport
• General computer literacy (Emails, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screen
