YWCA Australia
About the role
More than accommodation. Real impact.
Are you compassionate and people-focused, with a passion for creating a safe and welcoming home away from home for guests accessing medical care?
As an Accommodation Worker, you'll support guests travelling from rural and remote
communities to access medical treatment. You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the service, assisting with guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, accommodation administration, and practical support across the facility.
Working across a rotating roster that includes night shifts and sleepovers, you'll help ensure guests have a positive and comfortable experience while staying away from home.
At YWCA, we believe small acts of care can have a lasting impact. You'll be part of a supportive, values-led team committed to creating a home away from home for every guest. Learn more about YWCA here and explore our Medical Accommodation Services here.
