Begin a Fulfilling Career in Parks and Gardens

Join our four-year Apprentice program and gain hands-on experience. You'll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and enhance green spaces, while also attending weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge.

This role is based in Sydney CBD

Throughout the program, you'll receive expert mentorship and practical training, leading to a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.

What You'll Learn

• Plant recognition, care and maintenance

What you'll bring

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a team
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Drivers' licence is desirable but not essential
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
• White Card (or be willing to obtain)
• You must be an Australian citizen to satisfy the educational requirements of this role.
