Junior / Trainee Service Technician

Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

Our NSW Branch is looking for Junior / Trainee Field Service Technician with an excellent work ethic and team focus.

In this role, you will be trained on:

·       Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

·       Applications and Software relevant to your role.

·       Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.

Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

·       Possess a TAFE Cert in Electro-technology or Mechatronics.

·       Possess a TAFE Cert in IT

·       Have an aptitude and passion for electro-mechanical fault finding & repair.

·       Good knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems.

·       Clear verbal communication skills & a passion for customer service.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Excellent time management and organisational skills.

·       The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.

·       Clear verbal communication skills & exceptional customer service ethic.

·       Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.

·       A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.

·       Leadership skills

·       The relevant visa to be able to undertake full-time work in Australia – mandatory.

·       Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
