Site Engineer

• Coordinating and monitoring site activities to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
• Managing quality assurance processes and ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.
• Supporting planning and programme outcomes by identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors and project stakeholders to drive strong site performance and collaboration.
• Contributing to Built’s focus on innovation by identifying smarter ways to improve productivity, quality and project outcomes.

What we are looking for

• Experience working as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within the construction industry.
• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
