Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Plaza Hotel Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
 
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in the day to day operations of the restaurant ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while supporting the team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily restaurant operations and leading service shifts
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest enquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with food and workplace health and safety standards
• Monitoring service quality and maintaining presentation standards
• Assisting with stock control; and operational procedures 

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality 
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA or Approved Manager Licence
