Your Mission

• Run the show – Lead a flagship ≈ A$10 million project—on time, on budget, on quality, benefits realised.
• Unite stakeholders – Align exec sponsors, vendors and practitioners behind transparent KPIs.
• Keep status crystal-clear – With rigorous controls, live dashboards and no-surprise reporting.
• Coach & uplift – Mentor junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
• Blend & bend – Switch between waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches because results trump dogma.
