At Three Stories, we’re all about great coffee, quality food and creating a welcoming space for our customers, all within a Monday to Friday rhythm. You’ll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere, building connections with our community, and delivering the little moments that make a great café experience. 

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 2:00pm | No nights or weekends 

Who we are 

Located at the base of 88 Tribune Street, Three Stories is a local South Brisbane café known for great coffee, fresh food and a relaxed, welcoming feel. 

Founded by three industry professionals with a shared passion for coffee, we focus on doing the basics exceptionally well – from brewing and baking to creating a space people want to return to. 

What we’re after 

Experienced Baristas who:  

• Are confident on the coffee machine and deliver consistently high-quality espresso
• Understand grind adjustment, milk texturing and take pride in their latte art 
• Care about quality and enjoy engaging with customers
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar at all times

This role requires valid Australian working rights and availability across weekdays.
