การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า (Customer Needs Analysis)วิเคราะห์ทางเทคนิครวมถึงรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาของลูกค้าเพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม การจัดเตรียมโซลูชั่น (Solution Preparation) จัดเตรียมโซลูชั่นเทคโนโลยีที่ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้าการนำเสนอและสาธิต (Presentation and Demonstration) การจัดทำเอกสารเสนอราคา (Proposal Documentation)การให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำ (Consultation and Advice)ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมขายและลูกค้าสนับสนุนการตอบคำถามและข้อสงสัยของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ
คุณสมบัติ :
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาดและการเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศ ประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานการขาย / การตลาด / การเงิน / สายงานไอที อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถตอบคำถามและข้อสงสัยที่เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้มีทักษะการนำเสนองานมีทักษะทางด้านการขาย (ถ้าเป็นธุรกิจด้านไอทีหรือการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
