About the Role

We have a Part-Time opportunity for a passionate clinician to utilise their skills and make a meaningful difference to our residents at IRT Culburra.

Current shift opportunities include:

• Week 1 Monday, Thursday and Friday: 2230-0700
• Week 2 Thursday, Friday and Sunday: 2230-0700

Hourly base rate between $46.60 and $59.21 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on experience.

Your work may include:

• Providing clinical care
• Managing and supervising care workers
• Undertaking client assessments
• Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
• Providing treatment as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a residential care home environment
