Room Attendants - Casual

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for a Housekeepering roles at our motel in East Toowoomba who is detail-focused and can work at a fast, but thorough pace who is looking for a long-term position. 

We are offering a minimum of 2 shifts per week and up to 5 during a busy week with hours starting between 8.00am - 9.30am and finishing by 2.30pm. You will be paid the hourly award rate. We can be flexible with your availability around your study, home life, etc. however Mondays are a must. 

Prior experience will be looked upon favourably, but is not essential.

Daily Tasks & Requirements

Daily tasks include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including making beds, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and washing floors

• Replenishing all amenities

• Reporting maintenance issues to management

• Work as a team player passing on knowledge and skills where necessary

Requirements include:

• An eye for detail, proactive and ability to work within a team

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Initiative and a strong work ethic

• A professional, positive attitude

• A general understanding of all areas within the housekeeping department

• Flexible, reliable and able to meet challenges in a proficient manner
