Client Coordinator | Automotive Logistics

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a customer centric, results orientated Client Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. The role is focused on supporting an account team in driving client growth and relationship management, delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main contact for day-to-day operational issues across Australia.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Respond to customer questions and provide helpful, timely support.

• Support National Account Managers to make sure customers receive a high level of service.

• Monitor customer performance and make sure agreed service levels and KPIs are met.

• Look for ways to improve processes and make the customer experience better.

• Prepare regular reports for National Account Managers and customers.

• Manage contracts from start to finish, including renewals and ongoing requirements.

About you

You’ll ideally have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), dealerships or fleet management.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Confidence presenting information and influencing others.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A strong customer focus and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
