About The Role

As a Support Worker your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients with activities of daily living in their homes and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with general domestic tasks, meal preparation and laundry assistanceSupporting clients with personal care, respite care, social support and transport servicesPromote client choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the client

About You

A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards,Current and valid Driver’s Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phoneEffective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to work independently and effectively manage timeProficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
