Make an impact with our People Team!

We’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our People Services team and deliver responsive, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the People Services & Programs Advisor, you’ll work closely with employees, leaders and the broader People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience and keep things moving.

What you’ll do

• Support onboarding, employment changes and employee lifecycle processes.
• Provide responsive support to employees and leaders, resolving enquiries and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate work rights, visa and compliance requirements, including VEVO checks.
• Maintain accurate employee and HRIS records and support system improvements.
• Partner with Payroll, Recruitment and the broader People Team to resolve issues and deliver great outcomes.
• Support key People initiatives, including Capability & Career Conversations and the SDE Awards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the employee experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in People Services, HR coordination or a similar HR environment.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
• A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce systems.
• Previous experience with work rights, or employment compliance is highly regarded.
