Lead Group Recruitment is partnering with a market leading commercial fit out and interiors business to find am experienced Estimator for their close knit local team. Their work features in commercial fit outs right across Australia, and this is your chance to work at the quality end of the market with a business that takes real pride in what they deliver. 
 
About the role
 
This is a fast paced and varied role where no two days look the same. You'll work across commercial fit out projects and tenders liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to build accurate, competitive solutions for live projects. You'll be at the center of the action, turning drawings and briefs into tailored proposals and helping win quality work across the commercial interiors space.

What you'll bring

• Estimating or technical support experience in commercial fit out or interiors
• A good feel for the tender and sales process
• Confident reading drawings and preparing take offs
• Strong multitasking under tight deadlines
• A confident communicator, comfortable client facing
• A team player across internal and external stakeholders
• Construction, interior design, or similar.
