Customer service to patients
Medical practice administration
Medicare and Private Health Billing
Medical practice software operation
About you
Customer service experience
Experience in a medical practice
Previous use of medical practice software desirable e.g. HealthTrack, Genie
Experience with Medicare and Private Health Billing (in Cardiology is preferable)
Ability to work 4-5 days per week Monday and Friday
Sound computer literacy skills
Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sympathetic, supportive and professional approach to patients
Ability to adapt to different roles
