Medical Receptionist

Overview  

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic admin multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex medical and allied health reception environment. The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team, and demonstrate willingness to be flexible in response to the ever-evolving needs of the Practice, ready and willing to rise to new challenges daily. A professional, friendly and caring demeanour is essential, as is a can-do attitude.  

About the Role  

To be successful you will be well presented, possess excellent communication skills and love using initiative. You will adapt to suit the situation at hand and understand the importance of attention to detail. You thrive in a busy environment, and you know how to prioritise workload. You are not afraid of hard work, you love to learn, and you like the fact that no two days will be the same!

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Medicare, HICAPS and Genie Clinical Software is advantageous however not essential.
